Created Issue: Custom tool error: Could not load file or assembly [97]

Created a brand new MVC 4 project (empty) and added a view. Using VS 2012.

Once I set the Cutom Tool, I see this error in the error list:


> Error 1 Custom tool error: Could not load file or assembly 'file:///D:\Users\pintai\AppData\Local\assembly\dl3\3ACLY98J.KMO\N7A6W8JQ.1D5\9c5d53c5\cc89a36c_de04ce01\RazorGenerator.Core.v1.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The file is present though. I tried running VS as admin with no luck.

Any ideas?
